Small and independent businesses with digital problems we can fix. We work across home and trade services, hospitality and food, beauty and wellness, and professional and local services. An electrician, plumber or renovation company may need calls and quotation requests; a restaurant or café may need local discovery and reservations; a salon, barber or wellness studio may need appointments; a consultant or family business may need a clearer website and better enquiry follow-up. All four groups matter equally.
Can you help with Google Search and Google Maps?+
Yes. We improve website crawlability, service information and local search signals, and help eligible businesses set up or improve their Google Business Profile. Consistent contact details, accurate service areas and real customer reviews help people evaluate your business. Google controls indexing, rankings and Maps placement; we cannot guarantee them.
Can you connect our website, CRM and customer follow-up?+
Yes. We can set up or connect customer relationship management (CRM), organise enquiries and customer information, and build agreed booking, quotation and follow-up workflows. The aim is to stop enquiries being forgotten and reduce repetitive work. We review your existing tools and confirm scope and any subscriptions first.
Can you build everything from scratch?+
Yes. We can create the positioning, domain, business email, website and customer journey from the beginning.
Do I need to replace everything?+
No. We keep what works and improve the moments where customers lose trust or get stuck.
Can you work with our existing tools?+
Usually, yes. We map the current setup first and connect the gaps around it.
Are booking, payments and automation included in the starting price?+
The starting prices cover the items listed in each package. A simple hosted payment integration is available for a one-time fee of CHF 290. Booking systems, deposits, CRM and advanced automation are scoped separately because the right setup depends on your business and existing tools.
Can you help us become easier to discover through ChatGPT and AI search?+
Yes. We improve crawlability, clear business information, structured data and useful answers to customer questions so search engines and AI assistants can better understand and evaluate your business. We also review local profiles, real reviews and credible mentions. Recommendations, citations, rankings and traffic increases cannot be guaranteed.
Do we need to become content creators?+
No. We start with the five questions customers ask most often and turn your real answers into a practical video and content plan. Your face and expertise build the trust; we make production manageable.
Will we own what you build?+
Yes. Your domain, accounts, website and core assets belong to you, with a clear handover.
What happens if I need to stop the project?+
Before the agreed project start, you receive a full refund. Once work begins, the first 50% is non-refundable and covers the reserved production period and first milestone. If more than 50% is completed, you pay only the additional completed percentage and receive the corresponding work. For example, at 80% completion, a further 30% is due. Full details are in the Project Terms.
Can you make our website legally compliant?+
We provide a Swiss website compliance readiness review and implement agreed technical and content fixes. We do not provide legal advice or guarantee legal compliance. Higher-risk websites should receive final review from a qualified Swiss lawyer.
