Last updated: 4 September 2026Estarwork is operated by Simona Cascarano and Franco Cascarano in Switzerland. The contact point for privacy questions, requests and website matters is hello@estarwork.com.
When you use an enquiry form, we receive your name, business name, preferred contact method, email address or phone number, any website or social profile you choose to provide, the areas where you want help, your optional note and the page or representative through which you contacted us.
We process enquiry information to understand and answer your request, recommend an appropriate next step, take steps before a possible project agreement and protect the website from misuse. We do not add enquiry details to a newsletter or marketing list unless you make a separate choice to subscribe.
Hostinger supports website hosting and email delivery. Technical logs needed for availability, security and troubleshooting may include an IP address, browser or device information, requested page, referral information and time. Estarwork does not currently use advertising trackers, behavioural profiling or third-party analytics on this website.
Estarwork does not currently collect payments through the public website. If a hosted payment option is offered after a project scope is agreed, the payment provider processes payment-card and authentication information directly under its own privacy terms. Estarwork receives only the transaction details and status needed to identify the payment, provide the agreed service, maintain business records and respond to payment questions.
We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with providers needed to host the website, deliver email, process a payment or provide a service you request. Hostinger and Stripe may use affiliated companies and service providers in Switzerland, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the United States and other countries identified in their current documentation. Where required, transfers rely on recognised adequacy decisions or contractual safeguards.
Enquiries that do not result in a project are reviewed and normally deleted or anonymised within 12 months. If a business relationship results, relevant correspondence, contracts, invoices and transaction records may be kept for the applicable statutory period. Security logs are kept only for the period reasonably required for security and troubleshooting.
Enquiries are emailed to Estarwork and stored as access-restricted lead records on the hosting account so they can be attributed and followed up. We use proportionate technical and organisational measures including encrypted website delivery, restricted access, secure provider accounts, duplicate and spam controls and data minimisation. No internet service can promise absolute security. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, health information or other sensitive information through the enquiry form.
Subject to applicable Swiss data-protection law, you may request information about personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, request deletion where no retention duty applies or request a portable copy where applicable. You may also object to particular processing. Email hello@estarwork.com and we will verify and answer the request appropriately.
Website descriptions and starting prices are invitations to discuss a project, not unconditional offers. Before payment or work begins, Estarwork confirms the agreed scope, total price, any applicable taxes, third-party costs, schedule, responsibilities and cancellation conditions in writing. Portfolio examples identified as concept projects demonstrate possible systems and are not client claims or live customer services.
We review this notice when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The version and update date published here apply to the current website.
