When you use an enquiry form, we receive your name, business name, website or Google profile, work email, the areas where you want help and the page from which you contacted us.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information only to understand your request, reply to you and take reasonable steps to protect the website from misuse. We do not add enquiry details to a mailing list unless you separately ask us to.
Website operation
Our hosting and email providers process the technical information needed to deliver the website and messages. Standard server logs may include an IP address, browser information, requested page and time. Estarwork does not currently use advertising trackers or behavioural profiling on this website.
Sharing and transfers
We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with providers needed to host the website, deliver email or support a service you request. Where a provider processes information outside Switzerland, we use the provider’s applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiries only for as long as needed to answer them, manage a resulting business relationship, protect legitimate business records or meet a legal obligation. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Subject to applicable Swiss data-protection law, you may ask what personal data we hold about you and request correction, deletion, restriction or a copy. You may also object to processing where applicable. Email hello@estarwork.com and we will respond appropriately.
Updates
We may update this notice when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page.
